SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) RT-PCR Test Kits
Our at-home PCR test kits are accepted for domestic and international travel. Daily shipping cutoff time for same day processing is 3pm Mountain Time (Monday – Friday) and 12 Noon (Saturdays). Please note, FedEx and the lab are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

A negative COVID-19 PCR test does NOT rule out COVID-19. If you develop signs or symptoms consistent with COVID-19 following a negative PCR test, we recommend you self isolate, contact your medical provider and seek additional testing to confirm the diagnosis. We also encourage any traveler who is ill with symptoms consistent with COVID-19 to avoid travel and contact their medical provider regardless of test results.

Diagnosis confirmation in a patient with signs or symptoms consistent with COVID-19
Shipping ‐ All prices are quoted in US dollars. Orders are shipped via FedEx Express. Priority overnight shipments arrive next business day Monday – Saturday. FedEx is closed on Sundays.
Restocking Fee – Once an order has been received and processed, there will be a $75 restocking fee plus the cost of outbound shipping (from us to you) if the test is returned within 30 days of purchase. The test kit must be unopened. Please note, our company guarantee is providing results within 24 hours from when the sample arrives at the lab. We are not responsible for delays from FedEx due to weather or other extenuating circumstances.
