A negative COVID-19 PCR test does NOT rule out COVID-19. If you develop signs or symptoms consistent with COVID-19 following a negative PCR test, we recommend you self isolate, contact your medical provider and seek additional testing to confirm the diagnosis. We also encourage any traveler who is ill with symptoms consistent with COVID-19 to avoid travel and contact their medical provider regardless of test results.
Pre & post travel screening (non-essential travel is discouraged at this time)
Recent exposure: test at day 5 or earlier if you develop symptoms
Diagnosis confirmation in a patient with signs or symptoms consistent with COVID-19
Order Fulfillment – Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Orders placed by 3pm Mountain Time Monday – Friday and 12pm Saturday are shipped same day.
Shipping ‐ All prices are quoted in US dollars. Orders are shipped via FedEx Express. Priority overnight shipments arrive next business day Monday – Saturday. FedEx is closed on Sundays.
Restocking Fee – Once an order has been received and processed, there will be a $75 restocking fee plus the cost of outbound shipping (from us to you) if the test is returned within 30 days of purchase. The test kit must be unopened. Please note, our company guarantee is providing results within 24 hours from when the sample arrives at the lab. We are not responsible for delays from FedEx due to weather or other extenuating circumstances.
